Featuring work for Coldplay, Gorillaz, Damon Albarn, Blur, Prince Estate and Pink Floyd. Primarily commissioned through various managements, Warner Music and Parlophone Records.
The audio is a poem by Jack Kerouac, a 1950's Beat Poet from New York called ‘Abraham’. It’s taken from an album Kerouac did with Steve Allen ‘Poetry For the Beat Generation’, which is a collection of poems and readings taken from his book ‘On The Road’, 1957. There's also a soundbite from a previously unissued Miles Davis recording called ‘Corrado’, taken from ‘The Bitches Brew Sessions’, 1969.
The showreel draws from footage across my portfolio - projects that might typically serve as marketing material (mostly) - reimagined here to a tell the story of Abraham, a unifying holy figure who in biblical tradition brought together diverse faiths and guided them to the promised land.
At the time, I was working on a lot of internal and external Coldplay projects and it was about creating an edit that captured the spirit of the music.

I recently played a production role in Coldplay’s "A Film For The Future," contributing editing design and development to help craft a visually compelling narrative that aligned with the band's artistic vision. In celebration of the 20th anniversary of coldplay’s album ‘A Rush of Blood to the Head’, I edited hours of previously unseen archive footage from the band’s recording sessions in 2001. This unseen material offers an glimpse into the creative process behind one of the most iconic albums of the early 2000s.

I recently edited and co-directed the official music video for "Showtime" by catfish and the bottlemen in close collaboration with the band’s lead singer Van and his management team. They provided me with an archive of live performance footage, which I edited to craft a narrative that reflects the energy and spirit of the bands live shows. The process involved selecting key moments from various gigs to build a cohesive visual story.

3D animated looping visualizer for ‘Precious’, a track by electronic artist RIBB[]N, to coincide with his EP release on FFRR AND PARLOPHONE RECORDS back in 2019
Commissioned by Muse to create a 3D animated teaser for their 2015 arena tour. I focused on highlighting the innovative production design, particularly the circular stage. The audio was made by Matt Bellamy.
Commissioned as Broadcast Designer for the MTV VMA’s 2022, I was tasked with creating a full suite of on-air visuals including lower thirds, mortises, and idents. Working closely to realise the creative director’s stylistic vision, all content was designed without the use of integrated After Effects plugins. This approach ensured the project files remained fully customisable on site, allowing the team to make real-time adjustments during the live broadcast to accommodate audience voting. Hired for six weeks, I delivered a cohesive, flexible graphics package.

Parlophone 120 Years Film, A Home For Unconventional Minds. This was made during my time working daily for the label over an eight year period and it was shown at the Warner Music Main Stage Event in 2016. It is still one of my favourite projects despite it being 8 years old and quite rough in places. It was a proud moment to be asked to create this tribute to the iconic record label’s rich history. The film blends archival footage with modern cinematic techniques, capturing the evolution of Parlophone’s influence across the music industry for over 120 years.

During my time working in-house at Warner Music’s creative production studio, The Firepit (later renamed Warner Music Entertainment) in 2018. I was tasked by the hired Creative Director to create a lyric video for Ed Sheeran’s track, “Bibia Be Ye Ye”. The studio had been commissioned by Atlantic Records to produce a lyric video for every song on Sheeran’s Divide album. For Bibia Be Ye Ye, the green screen rushes of choreographed dancers were keyed, edited, and colour graded in post-production. I then added animated graphic elements and lyrics, incorporating the divide symbol in a playful and animated style. Unfortunately, none of these lyric videos were ever released due to a miscommunication between the label and the studio regarding video branding. The videos were intended to adhere to the blue, black, painterly aesthetic of the Divide album cover, but this vision was never properly implemented across the project.
